What size is the hat?
The hat fits head circumferences from 51 to 62 cm, which corresponds to hat sizes from 6 ¾ to 7 ½.
My battery won't turn on?

Should I put something on my hair to protect it when using a hat?
No, the cap should be placed directly on your hair. This will ensure maximum light exposure to your scalp and hair.
Do I need to wash my hair before using the hat?
You don't need to wash your hair before using the hat, but your hair must be dry.
I have very dark and thick hair, will the red light reach my scalp?
Yes. Regardless of hair color or density, the healing power of these waves safely penetrates the hair and reaches the scalp at the hair follicles.
How long will it take for me to see results?
In most cases, improvement is seen within 12-26 weeks. Consistency is the key to long-term results.
If my hair grows back, can I stop the treatment?

Can I use a cap with hair extensions?
Yes. However, if the extensions were recently applied and extension glue was used, we recommend waiting 72 hours.
